This WORKs Great!
Looks like your engineers were spot on. Two Units can do our job beautifully. We are finally getting some warm weather and had a chance to test them out. They work even better than expected. I was leery of using one in an office environment with people on the phone and working with customers. No problem though. Is it loud? Sort of, I can hear it but, I can use the phone, speak in a normal tone and hear just fine. The big thing is it’s cool. You said it can drop the incoming air temperature 20 degrees, yes it can, we measured the temperature and it went to 22 degrees about 6 feet in front of the outflow. The 300 is more than adequate for our 1100 square foot office and the 500 should handle our 1800 square foot bindery just fine.
We did measure a 12% rise in humidity from 24% to 36%. That’s great! We are a print shop and static is an ongoing problem. 40% to 50% is ideal for us but, 36% keeps the static problem in check quite well.
Our Big Ass Fans do the job for us and we expect to finally have a comfortable summer.

Best Invention of Earth!
Even Thomas Edison would be "shocked" at the electrifying results of this amazing weather creator. When paired with the incredible fans we purchased from you previously, this powerful blizzard like air mover actually reduced the air temperature in our facility. It creates tornado like conditions with hot air being pushed down, cold air mixing, and BAM...tornado! Highly recommended for anyone that is looking for a chill in the air.

Nice and Cool! Great addition to the plant!
I purchased two of these units for our production facility. The plant is not air conditioned, so hot and humid days can be a bear in the summer. The units were placed to blow cool air on employees and WOW were they super appreciative of the cooling. The first day the team even said they had to turn it down because it was so cold. They mostly ran the fan on low with the water pump on. Direct water hookup ability is nice to ensure the fan always has water. Overall great purchase and improvement for employee well being.

Hold Fast Brewing in Springfield, MO does not have internal air conditioning. With the summer, specially June of 2022, getting SO hot last year it impacted business; we then made the decision to invest in a Big Ass Fan. It was the best thing we could have done, we have a large taproom and it adequately cooled it down a noticeable amount. I need cool air!
We are very happy with the Cool-Space 400's we ordered for our plant. They lower the temperatures and it spreads out to the extent of our Big Ass Fans capabilities (about 110ft). Staying close to a water source or installing a water line ensures the tanks stay full and works as it should. Great product!

We have been using the product for a year now and the guys love it. We have two units that provide excellent coverage for our shop. On those hot days they put out a nice cool flow of air. Depending on humidity level they drop the air temperature 10-15 degrees. Absolutely takes the edge off.

We bought this product in the summer to try and cool our shop down. Product is very well made, but we ended up returning the unit. It just didn't work for our application. The return process was straightforward and I would definitely recommend considering this product if it fits your needs.

I tried this out in my woodshop that didnt have AC. It definitely did what was advertised, however it did cause a rise in humidity which caused an issue with the wood I was working with at the time. It'll be great for me in less humid times of the year though. Well made, easy to use.

Wonderful product
We have had the fans for a full year and in Alabama we go from freezing temps to 100 plus temps. The fans are able to cool us in all the metal buildings with no AC assistance and help distribute the heat in the winter months. They are easy to use and the digital pad make it easy to monitor and set patterns. We have loved the product and will continue to be lifelong customers. Thanks

BIG ASS PIECE OF CRAP!
Shipped without a drain plug, then sent wrong plug, finally got filled and came back to a room full of water due to the tank leaking. Then the float valve stopped working. Now the pump shorted out and stopped working. All in less than a year with maybe a few weeks of use. Complete pile of junk and a waste of $3000. I would have been better off with a $10 window fan from wal mart and $2,990 in the bank. Save your money and buy from a company that spends more on R&D than advertising and a catchy name.

Great for manufacturing production floor.
We run a lot of ovens in our production and the facility can get very hot in the summer and still pretty warm in the winter. Our production floor employees were relieved when we purchased a couple of these fans. They really do push cooler air. Our shop employees really do like these and have been a big help on the floor. We had previously purchased another brand and the BAF were a lot more solid and better build to last. Highly recommend and will keep purchasing these from BAF.

More than expected, great company
After searching around online I finally decided to buy the unit and boy I’ll tell you, I made the right decision. If you are considering a portable cooler this is it. One thing that I’ve learned is to be frugal with how much water you put on the pads. Less is more . It will cool better with less water running.

Great quality machine, but, didn't meet needs
We have a vehicle ministry in a steel building that has 6 lifts and lots of auto shop equipment. We were hoping that this unit would help cool down the space during the hot and humid Cincinnati summers. Alas, this unit could not really cool down our space when it was over 85 deg F with very high humidity. Maybe we should have gotten larger unit or two of these units.
