Definitely CoolWe bought two of these several weeks ago. We heard that they blew cold air. We were skeptical, but once installed... sure enough... they blow distinctly cooler (if operating with water) Variable speed control is a nice feature. It's easy to set up and operate. The employees really like them. I deducted one star due to the size. They require a fairly large area and they drink a good bit of water. Having stated that, once hooked up and operating - they live up to the billing.
Of our 2, one is hooked up directly to a faucet. The other is hooked up to a pump & reservoir.

Big Ass Fan solves Big Ass ProblemOut here in the high desert of Central Oregon, our 4,000 sq.ft. motorcycle shop becomes almost unbearable in the summer heat! Not only did our technicians suffer from the heat, our productivity suffered as well. One day while out for after-work drinks, a local brewery had a Big Ass Fan blasting indoors, keeping a comfortable 70F temp. Best Invention of Earth!Even Thomas Edison would be "shocked" at the electrifying results of this amazing weather creator. When paired with the incredible fans we purchased from you previously, this powerful blizzard like air mover actually reduced the air temperature in our facility. It creates tornado like conditions with hot air being pushed down, cold air mixing, and BAM...tornado! Highly recommended for anyone that is looking for a chill in the air.

Definitely CoolWe heard that this blew much cooler air than the average fan and it lived up to the hype.
The variable speed control is a nice feature.
Assembly and hook up is simple. The unit is easy to use. Be advise, there is some preventative maintenance involved.
We have 2 units. One is hooked directly to faucet water. The other is hooked up to a pump and potable water reservoir.

Finishing Touch to Employee ComfortThe two Cold Front 400 units we tested were the perfect addition to our assembly operations area in combination with Powerfoil X ceiling fans and a building exhaust fan to keep the area fed with fresh air cooled by the CF 400's. The workforce liked the effect enough that we have ordered six additional Cold Front units for the other work areas.

On time and better than expected!My company is based in southern New Jersey. We have a 40x70 pole barn and the Cool Space 400 does an amazing job and cutting the heat.
We messed up the first week by not reading the directions (who does right?!) about adding the algae tabs to the bladder of water, but then read the directions and low and behold in the well written packet the fan came with was info on the proper care and maintenance.
Very well put together unit. Came in on time. Great customer service. Great service after the sale. Extremely happy customer.

Huge differenceWe purchased 3 of these coolers for our weld shop in Phoenix, AZ. Two of them are in an outdoor area where we building a big project. These coolers have allowed our welders to work during the day in temps over 100 degrees. What a difference the cooler air is in this area. The other cooler is in our maintenance shop and has cooled off this area significantly.

Amazing Product with better than expected results!We recently expanded from 30k sq/ft to 90k sq/ft warehouse. By June the inside temps were reaching well into the upper 90's inside making it unbearable for our staff to work comfortably.
I reached out to Big Ass Fans for a quote and they sent a sales rep. over the next day. They reviewed the area we were wanting to cool and came back with several options.
We chose (2) of the Cool-Space 400's to circulate the air.
Within hours of installation they had cooled the inside temp dramatically and everyone was happy!!! We could not be more pleased with our purchase!
Not to mention their customer service is also A+.
I would recommend this product to anyone wanted an instant solution and a cooler work environment!
