Dead after 3 Years
I love my Haiku fans. We have 4 of them. But this remote started having problems after 3 years and BAF has not responded to my emails. I replaced the dead batteries like normal but found them drained completely the next day. Repeated and had the same result. We have the Haiku app so we can still control the fan but the remote is useless.

Remote Control
Worked great on arrival and now will not work at all. I’ve changed the batteries twice. Not working. Fan is on and can’t turn it off.

Haiku fan’s remote control
It has a limited reach, you need to be close to the fan and a clear path between both.
It is bulky compared to the remote of other fans.
Mine is always in a drawer and lasted little more that a year, poor manufacturing

Great Remote
I really like this remote. It's much better than the original and it was easy to pair with existing fan. It's well built, ergonomically well molded to fit the hand, and has a simple design. Lastly, I really like the magnetic base that you can mount pretty much anywhere.

Great upgrade from the standard remote
Look this remote, much nicer than the compact one that came with the fan.
Smart design both when in your hand and for connecting to the wall mounting plate.
