After 4 years of use and two years of storage.
I bought this fan several years ago and installed it in my house with no problems. It performed flawlessly. in early 2022 I sold the house and put the fan in storage. I unpacked it today 11/13/24 and installed it in a new house. once it was installed I turned on the power. The blue LED's blinked. I figured that the battery in the remote was probably dead. I decided to try it any way. The light came on and worked properly and the fan came on and worked as it should.
I am so happy with my Big Ass fan.

4 Fans going and will be buying 5th one!
I love how quiet these fans are and how much air they move! I wish there was a native integration to HomeKit or Matter, but it does work with HomeBridge if you want them to show up in Apple Home.

Awesome Fan!!!
If you need a modern looking fan the Haiku is the answer! This fan is great, easy to assemble and install. This fan moves a lot of air and keeps our open space very pleasant. Installed in my living and kitchen area 60x60, 16ft ceiling height, and this 84in fan is a beaut!

Best fan in the house by far.
We bought a previous version of the Haiku fan in white and originally I thought we needed a 60 in fan, but this 52 in is so efficient that it's perfect even in a great room. It's set on auto and it's been constantly on for the last 3 months. We like know it turns itself off when no one is in the room and turns on when some enters. It is completely noise free, you can't tell it's on. Here in FL it works great.

My 3rd fan is the greatest.
I have been a fan of Haiku Fans for a few years now and when the opportunity arose to get an additional ceiling fan for a new addition we were building my short list was very short, starting and ending with the Haiku. The only choice we had to make was the color. Once the color was selected, we ordered and received the new fan quickly and now that it is nicely hanging in our new room with 10 foot ceilings it looks great, moves lots of air and the cool tech features I like in my first 2 fans are even better on our the new fan.

A fan that doesn't work
Each day on a platform I plan to write a review for fans with repeated problems. If you are foolish enough to buy one, that's on you. Pretty much every day I now find myself trying to re-set the fan so it works.

I have a 7'10" ceiling. In the configuration section the low profile says 8"-10". In the spec section it says 9' to 10' and a low profile hang is 12.3 ". Will this work with my ceiling or is there a way to hang the fan with a lower profile than 12.3?
We recommend a 52" or 60" Haiku ceiling fan sits at least 7ft above the finished floor from the bottom of the fan. This is why we recommend the lowest ceiling height of 8ft
