Fan’s life extended
The remote gives new life to the Haiku fan we bought over six years ago. The fan continued to perform well, but the wall control was no longer operable, and we didn’t want to leave the original tiny remote in our rental unit. The new general remote and the well-designed wall mount provide a terrific solution. BAF support was great: pointed us to this solution and were responsive to our questions about the technology and the delivery time.

HOMERUN!!!
I love this remote and its magnetic mount and light up buttons. I would love to get this remote for the new fan I just bought and not for just my 2013 fan. This is such an unbelievable improvement over the original "membrane" tiny remote that came with the original fan. Well worth the purchase price and a great design. Cannot think of anything negative about the remote.

It has a week power supply. I have had to replace it twice since owning it. Other than that it works well.
