Big ass fan
We purchased the big ass fan for a newly constructed porch. The first fan failed requiring replacement. Big Ass Fan company quickly sent a replacement. They were patient with us while we lined up another electrician. Our only complaint is the company should have covered the additional electrician

Best fan ever
This fan is superb. I use it in my covered patio in Dallas. I’ve had two other fans from big box stores. Both were unable to handle Texas heat. On one the blades literally melted the other barely moved air. This BAF Moves a lot of air and it is silent and appears rock solid. My patio is comfortable on 90 degree days at about speed setting five. I love the phone app to control it. I love the light kit. Overall Amazing.

Based on the photos and dimensions I provided BAF, this is the size fan they recommended. Completely undersized and a complete waste of money!

Pricey, but worth the premium...
Love the fan. I wish it wasn't so expensive. However, the expense is not a valid reason for deducting points from the review. As such, I'm giving it the five stars it deserves.
I do wish it had a badge or some sort of branded emblem so I didn't have to explain to people how awesome my fan is when I have company. At the price point of this fan, I suppose a hood ornament is probably not a value add to the target market.

Well built but doesn’t perform well
This is a very well built fan but does not perform nearly as well as I thought it would. Very dissatisfied with the performance. I would not have made this purchase if I had know. I bought it bass on a friend that has one. Doesn’t move air the way I think it should.

The fan should have the option to switch direction with the remote that comes with the fan. If there is no Wi-Fi available, then that function isn’t available. Was available for our home fan though which was less pricey

Expensive but worth it
This fan distributes air well in our outdoor space. At times it can be noisy when it adjusts speed automatically. The stabilizing cables are not pleasing to the eye and I wish they were not required.
