We have the Cool Space 300 and the 350, when we received the 300 we had a few small issues (on was off and off was on). I contacted customer service via email. Within an hour I received a phone call completely resolving all issues with a replacement fan sent out almost instantly. The fans are great fans and are well made. The Cool Space 350 is a huge upgrade from the 300 and well worth the extra money, especially when it comes to volume of water and fan cfms. We get around 10 hours' worth of cooling before the need to add water (with Alabama heat and humidity). We use these fans in the maintenance area of a large helicopter hanger to help keep the mechanics cool. Being able to get 10 hours of use without having a garden hose to drag around is extremely nice.

Great Product.
Purchased two units 3 years ago. Could not live with out them in our aircraft hangar on dry hot 103 deg days in Colorado. Moves lots of air and we run them on low with plenty of cooling. Cheap to run compared to AC.

We originally ordered the Cool Space 300, when we received it we had a few small issues (on was off and off was on). I contacted customer service via email. Within an hour I received a phone call completely resolving all issues with a replacement fan sent out almost instantly. The fan is a great little fan and is well made. We also have the Cool Space 350 which is a huge upgrade from the 300, especially when it comes to volume of water and fan cfms. We get around 10 hours' worth of cooling before the need to add water (with Alabama heat and humidity). The Cool Space 300 is out of water in approximately 4 hrs. Both fans seem well made and pretty much run all day 5 days a week. Both fans have provision to add a garden hose for continuous water supply if you'd rather go that route. Great fans and great customer service.

BIG ASS PIECE OF CRAP!
Shipped without a drain plug, then sent wrong plug, finally got filled and came back to a room full of water due to the tank leaking. Then the float valve stopped working. Now the pump shorted out and stopped working. All in less than a year with maybe a few weeks of use. Complete pile of junk and a waste of $3000. I would have been better off with a $10 window fan from wal mart and $2,990 in the bank. Save your money and buy from a company that spends more on R&D than advertising and a catchy name.

Don't plan on this unit lasting for more than a year. I had purchased 3 of these and in less than one summer season I replaced the pump in 2 of the units. The second season I need to replace one of the pumps for the second time. In the trash they both went. Upon receiving the units one of them had a big hole in the tank which was fixed with some Gorilla Tape. The 3rd unit is still hanging in there so far.

Great for moving air
