Great Big Ass Fan!!!
Purchased this evaporate cooler for our shop on our property. It's a un-insulated 40x60 with 12 ft walls. She's probably a lil big for its new home. But with upper 90 low 100's in a metal building was just unbearable and brutal here with Midwest humidity.
Pallet was constructed really well and heavy walled cardboard protected the unit while in transit via LTL carrier. Love it and first came across your product at a BNSF Railroad whse several years ago in Topeka KS.
Thank you for fast shipping and offering a discount on a Labor Day sale. It made a expensive but well built cooler more wallet friendly for this blue collar worker.

Fan Tastic
Very Impressed with this product. Not a joke when you say Big Ass Fan, Working in Arizona 110 degree temps can really slow production down causing us to end the day around 2:00 pm, with this fan we can work until 5:00 and add 15 hours of production per week that results in 8000 per month, Its not about can I afford this fan its about you cant afford not to have this fan. Simple math fan has already paid for itself in first season and will last for many more.

Have always been a "fan" of the larger Big A** Fans, didn't know they were selling the swamp coolers until recently. We had a hot spell recently and we were able to buy and receive the 500 Cold Front for our shop in a matter of days. Awesome sales group who recommended the perfect size for what our team needed.

falling apart brand new
I received this cooler a month ago and as we did as the instructions told us, set it up as we should. Plugged in and had it running fully by the evening. The next day, the control panel shut off fully and only the fan running. No matter what buttons i pushed, the control panel was non operable. We have to continue to unplug it to reset it. Now 3 days later, the intake for the water is stopped up. I have tried to call and get support and no answer. Like most things, I gave it 3 tries throughout the day to speak to someone. No answer. I have sent an email to support and am waiting for an answer. When its over a 100 degrees, you would expect the cooler to work like it should. Maybe I received a faulty one, but my warehouse employees are still miserable. Hopefully I am the only one and BAF will respond to my call for help. HELP!!!!!

Great addition to our shop.
This unit is a great addition to our shop. We are unable to use a ceiling Big Ass Fan, due to the nature of our business. In the Florida heat the fan we have is a blessing. We had one issue with it and replacement parts were sent quickly and under warranty. Changed parts and unit was working fine, until one of my tech moved it to another location and it stopped working correctly. Called tech-support and they went thru some troubleshooting with me and found it was a power source issue, due to using too small of an extension cord. Larger extension cord and hasn't missed a lick since.

It's a beast!
Recently purchased 6 of these for our steel fabrication plant and distribution business. Being located in Phoenix AZ the Summer months are brutal for our staff. These made a big difference in productivity and morale.

Life Saving!
The amount of relief this unit has provided is hard to quantify. We are a manufacturing shop in the heart of Sun Valley, CA and let me assure you, the name is spot on. Regular temps over 100f.
This fan, rated for around 6,000 sf does actually cool down half of our 12,000 sf around 15 degrees. My workers on the floor are ecstatic!
Another unit may be in the future for next summer.

This item saved our event in hot weather
We were going to have a very important event in a place without air conditioners. Big Ass Fans saved us by installing ceiling fans and telling us about the Cool-space 500. this evaporative coolers provided the cold air while their fans distributed the cold air all over the place. our event was a success and our guests were comfortable inside our venue.
